YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy & your data
Updated October 31, 2026. Tulsa This Weekend is a local events guide presented by Broken Arrow Travel.
Your saved plans
My plans uses your browser’s local storage, rather than an account. Your picks stay on this browser when you return. Removing a pick, clearing website data, or closing a private browsing session can remove it. The locally saved list does not sync between devices. Calendar downloads let you keep reminders in your own calendar.
Shared group plans
If you choose “Make a group plan,” the event IDs you selected are saved in the site database under a shareable link. Anyone with that link can see the events and vote totals. A vote saves an anonymous random browser ID and the selected event so you can change your vote; the browser ID is also stored on your device. We do not ask for names or emails to vote. Group votes are informal and do not reserve tickets.
Email signup
If you join the email list, we store your email address, optional first name, and signup date in the site’s database. The owner can export the list to a private CSV file. Regular newsletters are not being sent yet. The early list is for future Tulsa event emails and updates about the site’s new features. Joining the email list does not create an account or save your plans, and we do not publish your email address.
Suggestions and corrections
Suggestions and feedback go to the owner’s private review desk. An approved event’s public details may appear in the guide. Contact names and email addresses are kept private and used to review your note; submitting feedback does not subscribe you to the mailing list.
Hosting and outside links
This site is hosted by ChatGPT Sites, which processes requests and may keep operational logs. Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s authentication. Organizer, ticket, social sharing, and sponsor links open other services with their own privacy practices.
Questions or removal requests
Use Report a correction to ask about your information, request removal from the signup list, or ask us to remove a shared plan. Include the email address you used for signup or the shared plan link so the owner can find it. Your request is private.
